| Lists of Major Exhibition Items: Automotive Components (TRANSMISSION CASE, RACK & PINION HOUSING, OIL PUMP HOUSING, etc.) The casting process we have been mainly using is Sand Casting with wooden patterns not with permanent die mold so that we can produce the parts with comparatively short lead time and modify the wooden pattern with ease unlike the High Pressure Die Casting process. Since we remove the castings out of the sand mold by shakeout, moreover, we can cast dual structures and large-sized castings that cannot be shaped with other casting processes with permanent molds. |
