KOAASHOW 2010 (Korea Autoparts and Auto-related Industries Show), hosted by Gyeonggi-do and organized by AIN Global Foundation in cooperation with SAE International, has finalized its 3-day exhibition on Nov. 20^th.

KOAASHOW 2010 had a total of 362 exhibitors, including 52 foreign companies. 28,567 domestic and foreign buyers from 73 countries visited KOAASHOW 2010 to purchase autoparts and related products, and this year’s KOAASHOW was the most successful to date.

AIN Global arranged the independent meeting zone for one-on-one business meetings between KOAASHOW exhibitors and buyers. Purchasing departments from Ford, Audi-Volkswagen, PSA, Daimler, Magna, TRW, Aisin, etc., participated in one-on-one business meetings. The business negotiating volume was approximately USD 620 million.

Seminars, such as the Automotive Engineering Training Seminar and Electric Vehicle Seminar, were held along with KOAASHOW 2010.

SAE International and AIN Global co-organized the Advanced Technology Training Program with a topic in “Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Battery Systems”. Korean engineers from the automotive related industries participated in this 3-day intensive course during KOAASHOW.

In addition, the Korea-Japan Electric Vehicle’s Industry Trend and Technology Seminar was led by four professional lecturers from Hyundai Motors and Nissan Motors with approximately 200 people attending.

Thus, KOAASHOW has been developing, both quantitatively as well as qualitatively since its first exhibition in 2004. KOAASHOW is now acknowledged as an important venue to make networks and find potential partners for exhibitors and visitors in the autoparts and auto-related industries.
